I hate this question. Today I am sad and have on four occasions almost bursts in to tears and I have no reason for it.
It’s hard explaining to those who don’t suffer with mental illness the absolute irritation that comes with just feeling sad.
I hate these days. I think mostly because I like having the answers.
Getting out of bed was hard this morning although I did clean my room which is a yay for me! However, I forgot to eat so boo for me.
I should start practicing self care better.
